Q:
You list yourself as an Architect in Los Angeles & Ventura County. Would you take a design commission in other areas as well?
A:
I have done work in other countries and depending on the size of the project I am willing to design in other locations.
Q:
What are the fees for professional Architectural services?
A:
We are happy to meet and review the project scope in order to better understand the complexity and therefore the fee structure.
Q:
How does your firm work with other services such as Landscape Design or Interior Design?
A:
Fortunately for all concerned, we are a full scope, full design firm. We implement Landscape and Interior Design features into most of our services for our clients. Our experience ensures a seamless marriage of the three different disciplines. We also work creatively and respectfully with the client’s outside design consultants if they prefer.
Q:
How do you help in getting my project built?
A:
Once we have obtained building permit approval we can work in two ways to construct your project. Firstly, we can direct you to highly qualified general contractors that will bid on your project. We do offer site observation routinely throughout the course of construction as well as administering the contractor’s progress payment requests. Alternately, we can offer on certain scopes of work, design build services where we act in the capacity of construction management/ job superintendent. In either case of construction we are always acting as the agent of your project’s protection.

We are highly trained and dedicated to providing the highest level of solution, function, and aesthetic. We are experienced in attuning to our client’s requests and preferences with no major agenda of our own. Our firm is unusually adept at interpreting the client’s desires or needs. Our preliminary schematic sketches are very thorough and exact and afford great savings in the design process time to the client. We are pleased to serve your best interests.
Q:
How long does it take to prepare the Architectural plans?
A:
In some circumstances, especially commercial projects, we can offer a fast track design service implementing layers of design information as the project progresses. Most often on residential projects, our time from schematic design through completion of construction documents can take from two months or more depending on the scope of the project. The successful communication of our design solutions to the client normally ensures a quick completion of the design stage of the project.
